Problem with Mega Menu Plugin

    Hello!
    I have sometimes problems with wp mega menu pro (Theme THE7).
    Some days it works but on some days Menu switches to default Theme Menu.
    If I clear chache from your plugin – wp mega menu is showing again.

    Is there a solution for this problem?

    Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Well, this is very random. How often does the issue occur? W3 Total Cache is only caching the pages so I am not sure how it can switch to the default theme menu.
    Also, It would be so great if you could share the website URL so I can check this.

    Today I will prepare a testpage and hope to reproduce the “problem” and then give you the link and an admin account where you can test all you want OK?

    OK – Sorry.

    At this time you can see that on hover Main menu Buttons there are pictures on Submenu.
    When the Problem exists there are no pictures – maybe there is a problem with wp-mega-menu stylesheets?
    I don’t know how to reproduce the problem.
    Can I something do?

    Thank you for the information. As I can see, you are using only Page Cache, Browser Cache, and Lazyloading feature.
    I am not seeing any issues at the moment and I’ve checked with various browsers.
    Let me know when the issue re-occurs.

    Hello!

    At this time the issue is present – on the Startpage the Menu switched to “Standard” without pictures.

    If I select another Page from the site the Menu is correct – only on the Startpage the problem exist.

    Hello again,

    it’s a bit strange whats happening because now the menu works again but i havn’t done anything.

    Maybe a conflict with cache and borlab cookies?
    Because I accepted the cookies and menu was “broken”.
    Now – about 2 hours later – it works.

    Do you have an idea?

    Thank you for the information.
    Yes, I’ve checked your website and I am not seeing any issues.
    This means that the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache, so you should reach out to the support of the mega menu pro plugin and the cookies plugin to see what may be causing this.
