    Hi,

Hope you’re doing well. I encountered a problem for the first time since I started with Forminator free version 2 years ago. I’m wondering if you can help me out.

The issue is that I got a red-color error message “User can’t be approved” when I manually approve a new registration. However, I see the user already appeared in the WordPress users list.

I fired the troubleshooting mode and only turned on WooCommerce and Forminator, and the problem is gone. Understandably, the issue might be a plugin conflict. But it will cost me days to simulate registration-approval as I turn on the plugins one by one – I have over 70 active plugins! So I’m hoping you can kindly diagnose the issue in a faster way. Below I attached the exported form.

Can you let me know what other information you need? Thanks in advance.

    Best regards,
    Jason

    Hi @jasonwang2022,

Trust you are doing good and thank you for reaching out to us.

I imported the form to a test website to investigate the issue further but was unable to replicate it. Since the issue seems specific to your website, we’ll need to perform a plugin conflict test on your website to identify the plugin causing the conflict.

Could you please create a staging website to debug the issue without affecting the live website? A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.

Once the staging site is created, please submit the form to add a new user. Then, deactivate plugins one at a time and try to replicate the issue to identify the conflicting plugin. This process will help us isolate and resolve the issue more effectively.

Please update us here with the results so that we could help you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply! I have found the cause of the problem, it’s from another plugin.

    Best regards,
    Jason
