Problem with mail icon

  • hi, I ‘ve just installed this plugin but I have problems with the options regarding the mail. I would like to make a newsletter or in any case that by clicking on the email icon they can contact me, but it does not happen. as soon as I go with the mouse on the icon a ban icon appears.

    The contact by email functionality is a premium feature.

    The email icon in the free plugin allows your visitors to subscribe to your site.

    What is your website’s URL so that we can check?

    i am in test phase, the site is not online. so how i can do a subscribe mail?

    1. Select the email icon under question number 1 in the plugin’s settings

    2. Claim your website’s feed under question number 2 in the plugin by entering your email address and clicking the green button, please see https://www.screencast.com/t/Cgbb8qWFC

    3. Choose where to display it on your site under question number 3 in the plugin

    i’ve done all…but if i click on green button “click here to benefits from all advantage”, i am redirected in this page…(see image)

    That screenshot is blank.

    If the site is not live, it won’t work. Try again when live, and then re-install the plugin first.
