Problem with mail attachment when sub-menu form entries active

    I’v discovered a strange bug, in Caldera Form (v 1.5.6.2) on my WordPress 4.8.3 installation.
    When the “Create sub-menu entry viewer” is activated files fields attachment to email are not working (but adding to media library is working).
    If I uncheck the “Create sub-menu entry viewer” option files are attached to the notification mail…
    Any idea ?
