Problem with Login Form

  • Hi there,
    I would like to say that it is a great plugin and I able to customize it to add extra my own SMS service.
    It just has a bit confused or I am not check the setting carefully but I don’t know where the Login Form will display as default or where can I manually put OTP form.
    I check everything I can but only way to display the Form is using Gravity Form component. However, the form is far from I expected.
    Can you please explain to me how to activate or manually put the Login Form to frontpage?
