Problem with logging in to Wordress admin panel

  • When I log in to mypage/wp-admin admin page it redirects me to the homepage mypage.
    There is a black login bar at the top of the homepage. I can’t get into the panel where all the posts are. I can see the graphic page correctly.

    What is the cause and how to fix it?
