    Hi

I am a super admin of a WP-Mu site and I have added new administrators to my sites in my network. But they cant edit any posts or pages, when they log in and try to edit a post or page it said: Locked by Super Admin

If I then log in as super admin and go to edit user in network admin and tick the box: Grant this user super admin privileges for the Network, then it works. Then they can edit all posts and pages, but then I give them access to the network. And I don’t want to do that, they should only be admin and have access in there own site.

Please help me, I cant find any information about this anywhere,

    Thanks in advance!

That’s not normal, so what plugins are you running?

Have you tried turning off all the network activated plugins?

    Hi

Thanks, it was a plugin that was doing this thing.
I have made a “template” for cloning in the network and this plugin when its active it affects and “lock” everything so you need to be a super admin to edit stuffs.

Thanks for pointing me out to the right direction.. My hair was grey and just start to falling of my head.. ??

    Best regards/ Lars
