Problem with loading data

Hello! I use your plugin and ran into a problem: if you change the parameter in the wp-config.php file with “define (‘FS_METHOD’, ‘direct’);” On “define (‘FS_METHOD’, ‘ftpext’);” The data is no longer loaded on the page. The markup is drawn, but there is no data.
