problem with live rates

What exactly do you mean by enlist? Are they different than in the UPS? Or don’t you see any live rates?
If the second one, did you try to use debug mode in the Settings page to check in the Checkout page the information from the UPS API?

Yes, the rates are different from those I negotiated at UPS.
They are much larger and, for example, shipping to Great Britain costs over PLN 500

Hi there. Im having the exact same problem as @prosektorium
My live rates from my ups are not shoing correctly. @martapaw you say that with pro it will work ok, what are your refund policy if it doesn’t work properly?
Another question, on the pro version it says it multicurrency compatible, im using WPMl for multicurrency will it work with your plugin?
