Problem with litespeed crawler

    Hi everyone. I got a serious and fatal problem with Litespeed Crawler. I have been trying to slove it for 3 days but i was not able to manage it.

    I send a report with this ID to Litespeed company: LKLYLAHK

    Below I tried to list my current situation, I hope this helps:

    • It never started even one time.
    • The plugin recognized correctly the sitemap
    • In general settings, i enabled the crawler.
    • The server load is always equal -1(it’s shown: Current server load: -1 ) and it does not work either manually or automatically
    • I tried the plugin crawler on several WordPress websites of mine on the same server(we have one server with several websites on it) and the problem was the same.

    please try

    in general -> server IP , update it to your correct server IP , it shows 5.xxx.xx.75 , but DNS shows your site is 171.xx.xx.71

    set crawler interval to 61

    set server load to 10 , just in case

    if you can get crawler running with these setting, then change the interval and load accordingly

    Thanks for your response. I set them one by one on settings but still, I get the same results.

    It seems that something stops it at the beginning of processing. means it wants to start but something kills it.

    I can give u access if it needed.

    please try set the crawler interval to 61 , then wait for 2 minutes and try manual run it

    Thanks for helping. I found the problem. Upgraded PHP from 7.4 to the 8.1 and it worked.
