Problem with Links to Udemy

  • I have a problem with newsletter links that are connected to Udemy and have coupons embedded. As the links are changed automatically for the tracking, they don’t work anymore and they have coupons embedded in them. I logged on to SendGrid and changed settings to disable the links from changing but it’s not reflecting in MailPoet. Would be grateful for a prompt reply.

  • After an email was sent, there’s no way to change the URLs of the links inside the newsletter. Only new ones will be free of the SendGrid tracking URL.

    Thanks for your response. It’s fixed now. The reason was that I had an https link and it didn’t work for those. It had actually nothing to do with SendGrid. When I installed the lastest MailPoet update, everything worked fine.
