    We’d like to take a look at your site so we could investigate the issue further. Would you please provide us with a temporary admin credential to your site?

    Also, are you OK with us doing some basic troubleshooting such as turning plugins on and off to see if there are any conflicts, changing minor settings temporarily, creating temporary users, etc?

    If the answer to this is no, then ideally we’ll need access to a staging site where we can narrow down and debug the issue without disturbing your live site.
