Problem with “Leira Letter Avatar” Plugin

    Hi,

    I use a plugin called “Leira Letter Avatar” for a automated custom avatar for the users comments, and it was working well with wpDiscuz, but then one day I found the avatars were not showing anymore (as the print screen I show down here).
    And I tried to find why this was happening and how could I fix this… I tried to do a lot of things but as I’m not a advanced wordpress user, I didn’t figured out how to fix this.
    So I sent a message in the Leira Letter Avatar wordpress support forum telling about this and the plugin author replied me saying the avatar images are pointing to a URL of wpDiscuz plugin, instead of a URL of Leira Letter Avatar plugin (as I show in the print screen I put down here). And he said me to come here to ask you guys help to see about this problem.

    @eduardochaves,

    Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > General Settings Tab and turn off the “Enable Gravatar caching” option.

    It solved my problem, I didn’t know about this gravatar caching.

    since my issue is very close i am commenting here

    When i use social login with Leira Letter Avatar , my website not capturing Facebook profile pic as avatar.

    i have disabled letter avatar and tried to authenticate again even though wp discuzz not saving user fb profile pic as avatar

    i have tried resetting cache and disabling avatar cache.
    i am not using any cache plugins.

    could you suggest me something, how can we fix this?
