Problem with learnpress orders being paid as a guest even if a member pays.

    “Hello,
    I’m experiencing an issue with Learnpress regarding orders placed while logged in as a member. In WooCommerce, when a member places an order, their ID and order details are correctly displayed. However, when ordering Learnpress courses, it shows up as a guest order instead. Consequently, when I try to access the course from my profile using the order code received via email, it says the order number is incorrect.
    Could you please assist me in resolving this discrepancy? Thank you.”

    Because you use our premium add-on (Woocommerce add-on for LearnPress) so please create a ticket on our support system, and our team will check for you.
    This forum only supports for LearnPress plugin, not the premium add-on.
