    Hi;

I have detected a problem following the last update of the plugin, In my site I have activated proxy in the option Proxy Scripts and Proxy Stylesheets, I have had to deactivate them because the slider of my web and the administration bar do not load correctly, This are the errors shown by google chrome inspector:

https://mysite.es/wp-content/cache/autoptimize/autoptimize_971c91fa6ef159d1d1f3ec2138125099.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

autoptimize_971c91f….php:4 Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute ‘removeChild’ on ‘Node’: The node to be removed is not a child of this node.(…)

The problem seems to be with the Autoptimize plugin, but if i disable the plugin Autoptimize, the problems continue, The admin bar does not load correctly and the slider is not displayed correctly either.

    Any solution?

    Best Regards

    Hi rebellionnt1!

I’ve not experienced any problems so far on other websites.

Perhaps the cause is a partial upload. Could you please try v2.6.4.1?

    Hi PageSpeed.pro!

Yes, now it works again well but I have a problem, now in the pagespeed google gives me an error that I did not give before:

    Remove JavaScript blocking content display:
    https://mysite.es/…autoptimiize_32ebca625bce6c19055291026902752e.php.

    and this problem:

    Prioritize visible content
Your page requires additional complete network directions to process featured content at the top of the page. For optimum performance, it reduces the amount of HTML needed to process that content.
133.2 KB of HTML response has been required to process the content of the top half of the page. This involves 4 round trips in the network. Prioritize the content of the top half of the page so that it can be processed with only the HTML required for the first 2 round trips.
We were unable to process any final content from the top half of the page with the HTML supplied in 2 round-trip cycles.

    Any solution for this?

    Best Regards.

    Hi Rebellionnt1,

After further investigation a bug in the proxy has been discovered that has been fixed in v2.6.5.

Regarding the PageSpeed issue, are you using the new async script loader feature? If so, then the issue often appears when for example a jQuery mobile menu is part of a 600kb autoptimized combined script that needs to be loaded before the above the fold display can be rendered. The solution often requires optimization of the javascript render process, for example by creating the same mobile menu in pure CSS that is included in the Critical CSS.

    Hi pagespeed.pro,

I just updated to version v 2.6.5, at this moment the errors that the google page speed shows me are the following:

Delete the JavaScript blocking the display and CSS content from the top half of the page.

Only appears the autoptimize.php file of my site, I do not understand why it says that it is blocking, in previous versions of this plugin as I have the options right now, this file never appeared as a block.

Currently the settings that I have activated Javascript in autoptimize is as follows:

    Optimize JavaScript code – Checked

Force javascript in head – Checked.

How could you help me to recover the score I had 100/100?

    Best Regards

    Hi again,

I will update the progress I made today, I do not have the autoptimize.php lock, I have disabled the above the fold plugin and the autoptimize plugin, deleted caches, and configured them again and the problem Of the autoptimize.php lock is fixed.

Now, the problem I have in Google PageSpeed Insights is the following, I put here, I have never had this error and I have no idea what it means or how I can solve it:

    “Prioritize visible content
Your page requires additional complete network directions to process featured content at the top of the page. For optimum performance, it reduces the amount of HTML needed to process that content.
134.9 KB of the HTML response has been required to process the content of the top half of the page. This involves 4 round trips in the network. Prioritize the content of the top half of the page so that it can be processed with only the HTML required for the first 2 round trips.
Failed to process any final content in the top half of the page with the supplied HTML in 2 round-trip cycles”.

Any ideas? I hope they can help me.

    Best Regards.

    Hi rebellionnt1!

Regrettably I am not able to help you with the issue. If the critical path CSS size is small and if the quality is good, the problem may be related to the requirement for javascript to be loaded before the above the fold display can be rendered. It may require more advanced javascript optimization.

The problem may also be related to the quality of critical CSS. If the full CSS is required for the above the fold display (according to the Google PageSpeed test) it means that the critical CSS isn’t working.

Is the critical CSS view exactly the same in the Quality Test?

    Hi,

Yes The crítical css is view exactly the same in the Quality Test?

If I deactivate critical css, could this error be solved? , The only thing I could do is give you permissions so that you could check the website if this is possible, of course.

Best Regards, Thank you for your support.
