    Good Morning.

I have my web page with a theme created for my website, which is translated into several languages with the qtranslate plugin to make the language change and it works perfectly when entering from a computer.

I have observed that, when entering from a mobile device or tablet, when displaying the menu to change the language, the Italian, which is the last language that I have added, does not appear in the list of languages.

Did you know the reason why the last added language does not appear?

    Thanks for your help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I can tell by the CSS classes that the menu on the desktop is being generated by the qtrans_language_chooser function. However, the mobile menu does not have any of the CSS classes that qtrans_language_chooser adds, so I’m guessing that it’s being created another way.

I suggest you go back to the theme author and ask them.

Oh, and by the way for future reference, this is a question that really should have been asked in the support forum for the qTranslate plugin.

First of all, thanks for your response.

There would be no way to add the language that is missing when it is entered from the mobile ?. Because if I put the language link by hand, it recognizes it perfectly.

I would think that the menu is being built by custom theme code, as it also doesn’t have the CSS classes that normal WordPress menus would have, so you really would need to ask the theme author about that.

I have managed to advance a bit, I have added a line with reference to Italian to the header.php file and now I can see the possibility of putting it in Italian when entering from a mobile device.

Now I have the problem that when I change the language the language selector does not appear. In the file I have for Spanish below I have references to the other languages and I need the Italian one that, if I put it, the page stops working.

I can not put the code here so you can see it since it does not show it to me.
