Problem with labels and values

Hello,

I have created a contact form with the plugin Contact Form 7. I have added the following labels: Name, Email, Phone Number, Type of Examination and Message.

The label “your-examination” is a dropdown, which has some options. I created a pipe for each option, for example ” Examination | [email protected]”. With this action I want the form to be sent to the email of the examination selection. As for the “Emails” tab, to the recipient i added the [your examination], which is the value. At the body message i wrote “Type of examination : [_raw_your-examination], which is the label. I did some test and the email was sent and shown correctly.

Then I wanted to export all my recipient data, so i downloaded the Contact Form CFDB7 plugin, which helped me export in csv all my data. But when the export is done, at the “Examination” field, it shows the value and not the label. Specifically i want it to show “Examination” and not “[email protected]”.

Could you please help me?
