Problem with Jetpack Videopress player

    I have the Jetpack plugin installed with the videopress plan to offer videos from my platform.

    When I use the plugin complianz the videos of the videopress player do not allow full screen, the option appears as disabled. If you disable the complianz plugin, the player works in full screen mode.

    I’ve contacted Jetpack and they say it’s not their problem.

    With complianz I have scanned cookies several times but I can’t solve the problem.

    Could you help me?

    The website is under development so I would like to speak with support to pass on the web address privately.

    So that the full screen option is working for now I have disabled the Videopress option from “Integrations”.

    Hi @masini2002 & community,

    It has been confirmed that implementing VideoPress works out of the box when placing the video as an iFrame (Custom HTML) instead of a Gutenberg Embed.

    If you experience a similar issue with the fullscreen button when using VideoPress embeds, please use the iFrame implementation for the time being.
