Problem with Jetpack 4.5 update

I can’t seem to be able to reproduce the issue on my end.

Could you let me know what happens when you manually copy the files over via FTP?

Image – Virus detected error.

I’m not sure why Total Commander would flag this as a virus, that file is quite simple and wasn’t changed in Jetpack 4.5. You can see it here:

Did you download your copy of Jetpack here in the www.remarpro.com plugin directory?

What happens when you go to Plugins > Add New > Upload, and upload a freshly downloaded copy of Jetpack there?

Could you try to create the file yourself and copy its contents yourself?

If so, when does it happen? When you create the file, or when you attempt to save it after pasting the contents from here? Could you also let me know where the message appears?

When I try to save the file, because the FTP client edits it on the local machine and upload it when the edit is over.

It was a Clamav “feature” that created the error message, we solved it on the server side.
