Problem with iPhone

  • Hi:

    I just installed your plugin on my podcasting site as a way to make a series of old programs available to my listeners. Those programs live in an Amazon S3 bucket and not on Libsyn like my regular episodes do.

    I was surprised to see how well it works on my computer and even on an old iPad that I have running iOS 5.1. However, for some reason, the player just won’t work on my iPhone running iOS 7.1.2. It shows up, but when I hit the “play”button nothing happens.

    I cannot upgrade to iOS 8 because I don’t have enough space on my 16GB model. besides, I don’t even know if that would solve the problem.

    After all it works perfectly in iOS 5.1.

    My site runs on WordPress 4.2. Could that be the problem? Are you planning to release an upgrade anytime soon?
