Problem with IP

First of all, thanks for the plugin that is well done. On the other hand, we encounter a problem with IP. We feel that the plugin only takes into account an “IP range” (partial range) and not the clean IP (in its entirety). Because the votes are not taken into account for those who have a PC whose “base” of the IP address is the same on several sites/agencies whose geographical locations are different. How to replace the “IP range” (partial) by the own IP “(in full)? Thanks for your help.
