Problem with iOS and Safari

    Good afternoon,

    1) We are having a problem with your plugin, in the location map section when clicking on the points, in iOS and Safari, the subtitles (images) do not open.
    We could only see it work on Google Chrome and Android.

    2) Would it be possible to open the caption instead of clicking with hover?

    3) Would it be possible for the caption of point 1 to start by default in open?

    Thanks for reaching out! Let’s go over each of your questions:

    1) We are having a problem with your plugin, in the location map section when clicking on the points, in iOS and Safari, the subtitles (images) do not open.
    I suspect the issue comes from using an SVG file as the main featured image. Draw Attention does not support SVGs as the main image. It’s known to cause problems with the functionality: https://wpdrawattention.com/document/hotspots-out-of-place-or-incorrectly-sized/

    Could you swap it with a PNG, JPG, or WEBP image and see if that helps?

    2) Would it be possible to open the caption instead of clicking with hover?

    3) Would it be possible for the caption of point 1 to start by default in open?
    I’m afraid we don’t have a way to mark a hotspot as active by default.
