    Hello, I get such an error when importing contacts to the subscriber list.
    An error occurred while processing the request, the server responded with error number: 403

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The 403 response means the access to the requested resource is forbidden for some reason.

    MailPoet 3 requires write permissions to create content inside the WordPress’s /wp-content/uploads folder. MailPoet uses this folder to store cache and other transient files.

    Please ensure that /wp-content/uploads folder permissions are set to “755”, “775” or “777”. Permissions can be changed using an FTP client. You can also reach out to your hosting to get help with this change.
