    Hello there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

Unfortunately, without having our plugin installed on your site we can’t do much. Let us know when we can access your site with the plugin installed, or you can provide us with a staging site built with WP Staging so as not to affect your live site.

We will be attentive to any news.

    Best regards.

    Hello there,

Our plugin uses the default WooCommerce gallery, and from what we can see your theme is using a different gallery by checking its HTML. Have you tried changing your theme to a default WooCommerce theme like 2022 to check this?

    Let us know any news.

    Best regards.

Yes, on this thread you can see the instructions I’ve already tried: I changed the theme to one called Storefront and deactivating WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution plugins. At last they told me to try deactivating yours (YITH WooCommerce Product Gallery & Image Zoom) and it got fixed, but I did liked the magnifier option

    Hello there,

We tested the plugin with the Storefront theme and it works fine.

We recommend trying to disable all your plugins except WooCommerce and ours and see if the problem goes away. This is probably the case, so you should activate your plugins in batches until you determine which one is generating the error.

We will be attentive to any news.

    Best regards.

Is there some code I can edit on my theme to fix it? a snippet or somwhere on the theme’s files?

    Hello there,

We can’t really provide you with code without being able to reproduce the problem on our isntallation, as the code is built (if possible) from a bug.

Have you performed the tests that we have recommended?

    Let us know any news.

    Best regards.

Yes, I did. The problem seems to be the theme
