problem with images on home page

    My home page has a shortcode that loads a slider with images. However Yoast analysis gives a red bullet warning no images appear on the page.
    Is it safe to ignore the warning?
    How can I know whether or not google sees the images on the page?

    Thanks for reaching out regarding your homepage images. Yoast SEO cannot recognize images added via shortcode. And you can ignore the SEO analysis.

    Moreover, Google indexes HTML content sent to the browser. You need to ascertain that the shortcode is expanded into HTML and that the output contains the images in the format Google can understand, That is, having <img> tags.
