problem with images

  • Recently my wordpress crashed.
    The database was fine .The only problem was that wordpress files needed to replaced.I did it.
    But the problem is I am not able to see the images.The images seem to disappear although post and pages are fine.
    Can someone tell me how to correct this issue or it cant be repaired.

  • Looks like the images are missing from the uploads folders.

    so how can i put them in upload folder?

    i mean are these images not stored in database?
    are they stored in separate folder in host?
    Please clairfy

    They all are (or, were!) stored in /wp-content/uploads folder.
    If you have them in your system you have to reupload them. But in order to get the url’s of the images to work straightaway, it better to upload from the most recent backup.
