Problem with image previews in association with permalink
-
This is sort of a complicated problem I feel like, and I wasn’t able to find anything on the internet about it. So I’ll be as succinct as possible.
I recently had added a Facebook like-count code to the beginning of all of my blog posts, and for whatever reason, THAT CODE NOW SHOWS UP IN THE IMAGE PREVIEW when I try to C+P the URL, or when I use a plug-in (i.e., Social Warfare, Sumo).
The code only shows up in like 60% of so of my blog post image previews. I have now idea why it’s there, and it won’t go away even though I’ve removed it from all pages.
The page I’ve linked above is an example of one of my pages where the code shows in the image preview even though I’ve removed it.
**I tried changing the permalink for just 10 seconds on this page and the code went away in the new permalink image preview.** So the image preview is definitely linked to the permalink, and changing the permalinks will remove the code from the image preview, but I don’t want to change all of my permalinks as that will destroy my site.
Can someone help me here?? Please this is distressing.
Thank you so much again for your time.
