Hi, hope you can help me with a strange problem on our page. i installed the plugin and want to parallax an image. so far, so good. i added the plugin to our website. my page has a 1600x image in every section and 1200px of content in it. i want to parallax the background image on every section. BUT… somehow the 1600 px expand into full and the image isnt showing on backend. how can i fix this problem?

Thx for your reply. But it wont help with the width of the section. it is bigger than 1600px and fullscreen.

We use flexbox, maybe this would help with the fix. i set my section to 1600px, but when i use the addon, the section is fullscreen. how can i fix this? we need a 1600px box, not a fullscreen section. thx

    Hi again,

In this case please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well

We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

P.S. please don’t forget to mention the support URL from www.remarpro.com

    Kind regards,
    George
