    For 1, please try hit the button “clean up unfinished data” and send optimization again , see how it goes.

    For 2, could you please provide the report number ?

    It works for the 1st error thank you, here

    And for 2, When I want to send you the report I have an error message: Failed to publish via WordPress: “data format error no env”
