Problem with image on single product site

I use EDD and was not able to display the product image on the product page. All other settings were easy to do. I contacted support and set up a staging version of my website with access for support. Just a few hours later I received an email with an explainer video. There I was able to understand exactly what I needed to do. I found the support to be exceptional and can recommend the product with a clear conscience.
