Problem with image in client email

The image-logo doesn’t appear in client email.
The plugin doesn’t allow absolute address.Thank you!

Thanks for your inquiry.
Dear friend the Absolute(full) URL works properly with form, maybe you did something wrong?
For example, in Email Options/Custom Text in Email For Administrator switch tab from Visual to Text and add < img src=”https://hips.hearstapps.com/hmg-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/images/dog-puppy-on-garden-royalty-free-image-1586966191.jpg?crop=1.00xw:0.669xh;0,0.190xh&resize=1200:*” /> (use your full URL)
The Relative URL (for example – ../wp-content/uploads/2020/11/image3.jpg) can’t work.Please see the screen recording here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1r1hTjB7gPO07VkIKAfRJpycCqIi-YMst/view?usp=sharing.
