Problem with image imports

    No matter what I do, I cannot get a Square to Woocommerce sync to include images on certain products. The products are in square, with a unique SKU and image upload verified in Square. WP and Square (2.1.5) are running the latest versions of software and plugins as of June 18. I have tried to disconnect, reconnect, and synced several times. This is driving my client out of his mind. Can someone please help?

    Hi there!

    When Square is the system of record, product images are only imported for synced products that do not already have a featured image in place. If you would like to use the Square images in WooCommerce, remove the existing product image from WooCommerce before syncing.

    If that’s not the issue, could you copy and paste your site’s system status report into this thread? You can get it from your dashboard by going to WooCommerce—> Status.

    This was actually an error on the client’s end, the pictures were not uploaded to Square. Thank you @rossviviano for the reply.
