    Hello team,

All of a sudden, I’m having trouble with image galleries

    Here is an example: https://postimg.cc/v4dQ7PR5/70c31abf

    https://postimg.cc/v4dQ7PR5

    Steps taken:
    – clear out the WP Rocket Cache, Bunny.net Cache, cloudfare cache and the one from Sucuri.
    – removed the Jetpack plugin and reinstalled
    – removed images, and uploaded new ones with a different compression method, same thing

    Any ideas?

Getting this error when trying to open the images:
We cannot complete this request, remote server returned an unexpected status code (400)

I have also tried re-uploading them with a different name. I also created a new article and the same thing is happening for another batch of images.

Strangely, the images show up fine on the editor (WP-Admin), but not when I hit preview or publish.

    Please advise

Ok, so I found this, and I have added those IPs to my Sucuri panel.

    https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/#:~:text=The%20entire%20IP%20range%20from,64.1%20~%20192.0.

Also re-uploaded the pictures with different names, clear out the cache and the problem still persists

    Here is an example: https://i1.wp.com/www.deagenciapanama.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Subaru-Solterra-2023-Japan-deagenciapa.com-8.jpg?fit=3840%2C1810

It shows: We cannot complete this request, remote server returned an unexpected status code (400)

I have XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

Not sure what else to verify at this point

Is worth mentioning this only affecting new content, content from yesterday is working fine

    Hi @dobh

Thanks for updating us along the way!

I’ve taken a look into that specific post, and I can see at the bottom that all images are loading correctly on my end, were you able to figure this out?

Either way, I noticed that Jetpack is having trouble accessing your homepage because it’s returning an unrecognized content encoding type; I’d suggest you reach out to your host about this, and ask them why cURL requests are returning that error on your site.

Let us know if there’s anything else to report.

    Best,
