Did you select the image from the media library, or did you enter the link manually?
Since I checked the linked page, and the problem that I currently see is that in the src attribute of the image:
https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp
you have a a closing div tag added with multiple white space characters around it, like this:
</div>
Could you check please if the image url that you entered is valid indeed?
Also if you have already modified the slider, just you can not see those changes, then please make sure you clear the cache, since currently I can see that your page is cached by LiteSpeed Cache.
