Problem with iframe in IE

I use Iframe 2.2 in WordPress 3.3.2 and in the iframe a use another site as I have an database where you can register and log in. It works with Firefox as client-program, but not with IE (regardless the version). As soon as they register and should go to another page in “inbedded site” the will be go back to “start-page” in “inbedded-site”. Any ideas?
