Problem with IE6 showing only 2 columns while FF 3 columns

  • HI All,
    Today, I was trying to move my wp installation files to the root folder, but when my site started giving some errors. I replaced the files back. Everything was ok, but now IE6 is only showing 2 columns instead of 3 columns(site in FF is working fine). I am using this template.
    I believe it has nothing to do with the template though bit with some misplace of WP files. Can someone help me in this regard?
