Problem with IE explorer 8 & Arclite wordpress MU 3.0.4

  • I am using arclite 2.03 with wordpress MU 3.0.4. It looks great on firefox and chrome but it looks very strange on IE 8 at https://isitejas.isisites.net. The background only cover the top part of the posts. I am not a coder. Any thoughts on what I can do?
