Problem with html string

  • Hi everyone,
    I am trying to insert an html code that should create a widget in a page of wordpress. When I insert the html code in the new gutenberg editor, it appears the widget as it should on the final page. Then, when I update the page and I go to the preview, it apperas just a link in ipertext, but no widget. Can someone help me in understanding why and how to solve the problem?
    I need to fix it by tonight…

    Due to the differences between the various site hosting plans offered at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here, you should probably ask WordPress.com Support instead.
