Problem With Hovering Navigation

Hi,

I created my blog and wanted it to mirror my site at https://www.artnouveaumagazine.com/blog8 [blog]
https://www.artnuoveaumagazine.com/portfolio [site]

I want the navigation on my site to be on my blog and to change images when I hover the same way the site does. But after i HOVER over something it deletes. How can I fix this?

Also, How do I get it centered like it is on the website?

Any help will be appreciated.
