Problem with header title on index

I made a modification in my index.php theme file by showing of each category only four posts.

This works all fine but i have one problem. the header title on my index has the header title of one of my category. I see that this issue became because i added a code in my index by showing of each category four posts.

How can i get this solved so its only shows the header title of index itself again?
