problem with gtm

  • Hello, I have a problem to set up GTM and GA4 tracking on my website. I had it done before throught GTM4WP plugin and GA4 through sitekit. Later I tried to GA4 through GTM and GTM through sitekit because I fould out there is an option to do it this way. However now I cannot connect GTM through GTM4WP or sitekit, probably because there are some leftovers from previous settings.

    Can you please help me with this? After i add my GTM tag through sitekit, GTM4WP, or GA4 tag to sitekit or GTM, the tag doesn not appear on my website.

    Before yes, tags were there about not working. I deleted sitekit and GTM4WP, tried to use totally different gmail account with new gtm and GA4, then tried to connect it through sitekit and gtm4wp again with new acconut – did not work (tags are not there). Even when i inspect the site, the code that is supposed to be there from GTM4WP is not there.

    I managed to install GTM to my website now. However it shows the “Invalid or missing account ID” problem. This should be fine if there is no other problem and my Gtag number consists of more than 6 digits right?
