    Hello,

My website is showing some products with the arrow that represents a grouped product. But they are not configured this way, they are all Simple Produtcts.

I tried to make a minor change in the product description and save to see if somehow it got fixed, but it didnt work.

How can I remove this “link” that is happening between these two products?

I hope you guys can help me sort this out.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @lellys,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Typically, the breadcrumbs contain the category hierarchy. You can check your theme’s functions.php file to see if there’s any snippet altering with breadcrumbs’ behaviour.

You can check this guide for context: https://woocommerce.com/document/customise-the-woocommerce-breadcrumb/

This might also be added by another plugin or your theme.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the plugins and/or themes were adding this. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.

Let us know how it goes!
