Thanks for reaching out about this issue. From what you’ve told me, I gather you have added this snippet to make the Nested Form field display as a summary table. Is that correct?

We just published Gravity PDF 6.5.2 which includes an update to the PDF rendering engine that may fix the table-rendering issue you have described. Could you please update and let me know if that fixes the issue?

If the problem persists after the update, I’d like to get an export of your two Gravity Forms (a .json file) and a copy of the HTML generated by the plugin. If you don’t want to supply this information publically, you can open a support ticket at https://gravitypdf.com/support/

In case anyone else thinks they are having a similar issue, these were the findings after we reviewed the support ticket information:

    1. PHP Error Reporting was enabled on the site and unrelated PHP errors were being injected into the HTML mark-up generated by Gravity PDF
    2. A large amounts of content was added to the PDF Header, which can cause display issues. Use Custom Content instead.
    3. The PDF Format was set to PDFX1A, which doesn’t allow transparency. Swapping back to Standard mode fixed this.
