Problem with Google TTS options fields

Seems that you inverted the option labels for Pitch and Speed for Google TTS options. Changing Pitch in the plugin modifies the speed in Google TTS. Also, would be nice to have an extra option for the audio Gain. In fact, standard audio gain is sometimes too low on mobile, depending on the situation. Google TTS has an option to change the gain. Increasing it would be very useful.
