Problem with Google shotcode

i love this simply and beautiful plugin, but i’ve two problem:

I’ve an Problem with this Google+ shotcode:

The site url link on google+ is correct but in plugin i see 0 (zero) followers on google+ …

The second is a litte question:

How can i disable popup only on home page?
