Problem with FTP backups

Seems like your FTP server is behind a NAT, please try to enable FTP Passive Mode in FTP specific setting section.

Also, please enable debug log before running the job,
BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ), so I will know better what could go wrong there( I would know I got a typo in the previous package if debug log enabled ??)
