Problem with “From” field

Hi!

I have a problem in setting up the contact form 7.
Regarding the “From” feed:
From the WordPress back office contact form 7 plugin,

in the TAB FORM I have written: [email* o-seu-e-mail placeholder “E-mail”]
in the TAB MAIL I have written: [o-seu-e-mail] <[email protected]] -> Note that this e-mail is the only e-mail address with a domain identical to the site.

What happens is that when I (or other person) fills the form fields in the front-end and fill the e-mail field (for example hotmail) I receive the message but the “From” field in the e-mail I receive contains my own e-mail address. I want to know is the e-mail address of the person who sends the e-mail so I can contact her.

I look some tutorials but I think i’m missing out something.
