Problem with form fields and profile page fields

    Hello,

    After updating to version 2.8.1 of UM my registration forms and profile page fields crashed to display correctly. Tie fields are not displayed how it used to be. Now it is displaed only like links and all links are under self. Some of links are duplicite. I updated the plugin and run the upgrade on database and nothing changed.
