    Hello
    After instalation plugin from your serwer i cant find in woocomers setting – shpipping any buttons with flexible shpipping …

    after instalation when i click to ” lets help us and continue ” fatal error is showing up

    Flexible Shipping nie ma swojej w?asnej zak?adki w kokpicie. Aby skorzysta? z mo?liwo?ci wtyczki prosz? przej?? do Woocommerce -> Ustawienia -> Wysy?ka.

    Tam prosz? doda? now? Metod? Wysy?ki. Na li?cie wyboru powinna pojawi? si? Flexible Shipping, któr? prosz? wybra?.

    Czy mo?e Pani potwierdzi?, ?e nazwa wtyczki si? tam nie pokazuje? Je?li tak, to prosimy o przes?anie statusu systemu. Próbowali?my odtworzy? ten b??d na Woocommerce 2.5 ale bezskutecznie.

    If it does not show up, please check the log file in /wp-content/debug.log to see if there are any errors. If so, please attach it here.

    Also, Please send us a WooCommerce system status. Here’s a screenshot showing how to get it.

    A wi?c tak w wordpress 2.5 nie mo?na doda? w?a?nie nowej opcji wysy?ki dlatego chcia?am skorzysta? z waszej wtyczki. Metody wysy?ki pojawiaj? si? w wordpress 2.6 jednak po aktualizacji do wersji 2.6 wszystko mi si? porozje?dza?o na stronie wi?c wola?abym po prostu skorzysta? z waszej wtyczki flexible shipping plus aktywne p?atno?ci.

    Nie bardzo wiem jak w??czy? tryb debugowania, tzn rozumiem, ?e mam to odnale?? w pliku wp-config.php. jednak martwi? si?, ?e jak w??cz? na true – ca?? strona si? posypie

    Je?li chodzi o raport systemu to nie mog? go pobra?…. naciskam przycisk pobierz ale nic si? nie dzieje. Jak przeje?dzam po statusie systemu jest jeden b??d na dole

    I’d like to stick to English language, as it is official global WordPress language.

    Please activate Debug Log in WordPress by changing this line in wp-config:

    Try to access Flexible Shipping page again and check /wp-content/debug.log to see if there are any errors. If so, please attach it here.

    Could you activate Storefront theme jus for a while to see if there is no conflict with your current theme? You can install it in your shop using Appearance -> Themes -> Add new

    Also, do you have an opportunity to upgrade your PHP version to version 7?

    There was no file debug.log so i think it was no trouble.

    When i change my php version for 7 and activate your plugin there is some more issue and information

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    And this is being reported to the plugins team. I know that this is a tough problem but the restriction to not permit authors to access user’s back end still applies.

    There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site should not be one of them.

    You get the idea.

    Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

    I’m sorry it takes so long for us. We could not reproduce this error with the software versions you are using.

    What we suggest you to do is:
    1. Install Storefront theme
    2. Turn on Storefront
    3. Turn on Flexible Shipping and check for errors
    4. Disable Flexible Shipping
    5. Turn on your current theme

    Changing a theme to another and then restoring the previous one should not change anything from your settings or the appearance.

    Please write us about the results.
