Problem with flag dimension

Hi all,
i have a problem to image dimension of flag.
When make a Gtmetrix test say to me:
“The following image(s) are missing width and/or height attributes.https://xxx/wp-content/polylang/en_US.png (Dimensions: 32 x 32)
https:/xxx/wp-content/polylang/es_ES.png (Dimensions: 32 x 32)
https://xxx/wp-content/polylang/fr_FR.png (Dimensions: 32 x 32)
https://xxx/wp-content/polylang/it_IT.png (Dimensions: 32 x 32) “I try to add img in style.css of my child theme but not work.
Anyone can help me?
